- All goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will not be held responsible for lost/ damaged items during the process of delivery but we will ensure that all items are packed safely before delivery. If you do not receive your package within 1 week from the date upon confirmation. Please send us and email that we can check the status of the postage.
- The availability of the product are based on first come first serve basis since the items are limited, so contact us right away when any item catches your attention.
- Custom jewelries are available. Contact us for any special design that is in your mind and we will do our best to design a piece of jewelry that satisfies you.
- Upon confirmation of the order, payment must be made within 3 business days. Unless there is any reason that you couldn't make it, then you have to inform us about that.
- All items are exclusive of postage fees. Please refer to the postage fees we charge, and yes, we do ship to other countries too. You are pleased to contact us for the international fees.
